The successful  Executive Assistant will be a pivotal member of the Executive Office, with responsibilities including:

• Acting as a trusted partner and gatekeeper to Senior Leadership, managing complex calendars, travel plans, and high-level correspondence.
• Organizing and coordinating Executive-level meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and ensuring timely follow-up actions.
• Conducting research and compiling detailed reports, presentations, and briefings to support strategic decision-making within the Marine Insurance sector.
• Handling sensitive and confidential information related to corporate strategy and client matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Assisting in the drafting and preparation of executive communications, including internal memos and external presentations.
• Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, including international partners and clients, to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Anticipating and proactively managing the daily needs and priorities of the Executive Team, enabling them to focus on core strategic goals.
• Supporting cross-functional initiatives and special projects across various departments in collaboration with internal teams.
• Coordinating and managing corporate events and internal functions on behalf of the Executive Office.
• Organizing detailed international travel arrangements and occasionally accompanying members of the Senior Leadership team on business trips.

The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role must have:

• University/college degree
• Proficiency in office productivity tools and technology, including calendar management and presentation software
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and oral)
