Key Responsibilities of this Executive Assistant:

• Serve as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, overseeing a complex executive calendar, managing priorities, and fielding high-level correspondence.
• Coordinate and prepare all aspects of meetings, including creating agendas, managing logistics, and capturing key takeaways and action items
• Oversee all end-to-end travel logistics, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
• Conduct targeted research and prepare concise reports, presentations, and briefings to facilitate strategic decisions
• Draft and edit executive-level communications, speeches, and other documents with a high degree of discretion
• Proactively manage daily needs and upcoming priorities to ensure the executive can focus on core objectives
• Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear and effective communication
• Support cross-functional initiatives and coordinate special projects in collaboration with internal teams

The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role must possess:

• A university or college degree
• Exceptional proficiency in office productivity tools and technology, particularly with calendar and presentation software
• Outstanding command of both the Greek and English languages, in writing and conversation

• Discretion & Integrity: The ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism
• Interpersonal & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the confidence to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally

At least 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
