key responsibilities
For the role of Executive assistant you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and BHR.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Managing the CEO’s calendar, including the scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Arranging travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Encoding and updating information accurately within internal systems.
- Processing expense claims and reimbursements.
- Handling correspondence, emails, and documentation as required.
- Assisting HR and management with administrative tasks when needed.
- Maintaining organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Coordinating office supplies and general administrative requirements.
- Supporting internal coordination and communication.

- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
