key responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant to the Group CEO, you will have to:
- Serve as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, overseeing a complex executive calendar, managing priorities, and fielding high-level correspondence.
- Coordinate and prepare all aspects of meetings, including creating agendas, managing logistics, and capturing key takeaways and action items
- Oversee all end-to-end travel logistics, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
- Conduct targeted research and prepare concise reports, presentations, and briefings to facilitate strategic decisions
- Draft and edit executive-level communications, speeches, and other documents with a high degree of discretion
- Proactively manage daily needs and upcoming priorities to ensure the executive can focus on core objectives
- Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear and effective communication
- Support cross-functional initiatives and coordinate special projects in collaboration with internal teams
qualifications
The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role must possess:
- A university or college degree
