As a professional in the Executive Assistant position, your core duties will include:

• Presidential Support: Managing the daily requirements, personal/professional schedules, and travel arrangements of the President.
• Financial Coordination: Tracking and managing ongoing payments, corporate expenses, and invoices related to the Executive Office.
• Executive Coordination: Organizing and streamlining the daily schedule and meetings of the broader senior management team.
• Communication Filtering: Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls) and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Management & Reporting: Preparing high-level presentations, drafting reports, taking meeting minutes, and gathering data to facilitate decision-making.
• Confidentiality & Filing: Handling sensitive information with absolute discretion and maintaining the executive archive.

To successfully meet the requirements of the Executive Assistant position, the ideal candidate should possess:

• University degree (AEI/TEI/College) in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Αdvanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
