key responsibilities
As an English-Speaking Consumer Beauty Advisor (m/f), you will have the opportunity to:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the USA market, handling inquiries confidently via phone, email, chat, and reviews
- Assist consumers with questions regarding hair care, hair color, skincare, and cosmetics
- Explain product usage, recommend appropriate solutions, and resolve any product-related concerns
- Build sustainable relationships of trust and act as a brand ambassador, delivering service that aligns with the premium standards of a global beauty leader
qualifications
The qualifications needed for this English-Speaking Consumer Beauty Advisor (m/f) position are:
- Advanced spoken and written English skills (C1 level or above), with the ability to confidently explain product information
- Experience in the beauty industry, cosmetics/skincare retail, beauty advisory, or salon work OR demonstrable, strong knowledge of beauty products (beyond a general interest)
- Note: An official beauty qualification is not required for this role
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts between 16:00 and 01:00 to support the USA market
