As a Dutch Customer Advisor - Hospitality Tech, you will have the opportunity to:

• Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and WhatsApp channels.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Develop strong product knowledge to provide accurate technical support.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards.

The qualifications for this Dutch Customer Advisor - Hospitality Tech role are:

• Dutch on C1 level minimum
• English on B2 level minimum
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or customer relations environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong active listening and contact handling abilities.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and managing priorities effectively.
• Understanding of the urgency and impact of technical issues within restaurant operations.
• Good computer literacy.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or customer relations environments.
