For the role of Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing the group's engineering strategy, technical governance, and operational standards across all business units.
• Directing the annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets, overseeing new developments, expansions, and major infrastructure refurbishments.
• Establishing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to ensure maximum reliability, safety, and asset longevity.
• Leading strategic engineering procurement, contractor selection, supplier contract negotiations, and service level agreement (SLA) management.
• Ensuring complete regulatory compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards and technical licensing across all properties.
• Driving digital transformation in engineering through smart building systems, BMS, CMMS, and energy efficiency programs.

For the role of Director of Engineering, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or Project Management
• Extensive experience in managing engineering projects, maintenance, and facility management, with a proven track record across the full project life cycle
• Excellent command of English and Greek, written and spoken
• Deep working knowledge of OPEX/CAPEX forecasting, HSE regulations, and energy management principles
