As a Digital Marketing Assistant you will:

• Support the localization of promotional materials in collaboration with the Content Factory and content development teams.
• Create modular scientific content adapted to different touchpoints and formats.
• Develop disease-awareness materials (e.g., symptoms, guidelines, diagnostic pathways).
• Produce short-form content (e.g., videos, infographics, expert quotes, micro-learning assets).
• Prepare long-form content (e.g., slide decks, articles, clinical cases, FAQs).
• Map digital channels and touchpoints (e.g., email, CRM-triggered automations, webinars/virtual events, video library).
• Assist with technical coordination across platforms (CRM and marketing automation tools)

The ideal candidate is expected to possess the following:

• Undergraduate, postgraduate, or junior professional in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and/or CRM / marketing automation concepts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role
