As a Data Engineer, you will be a key member of a dynamic team, focusing on the development of statistical and econometric applications for critical financial areas. This role involves designing and managing the flow of data for areas such as Current and Capital Account, Portfolio Investment, Other Investment and Reserve Assets, and Foreign Direct Investment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver systems that support the organization’s strategic goals.

More specifically, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines to support statistical and econometric applications.
• Utilize your expertise in Python to build data integration solutions.
• Manage and optimize data storage solutions using MongoDB and other relevant databases.
• Implement and manage CI/CD Pipelines to ensure automated and reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of integrated data.
• Provide technical guidance and promote best practices in data engineering.

In order for your experience to match this exciting Data Engineer - Data Integration position, you need to have the following:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and scripting.
• Strong experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD Pipelines and Git 
• Experience with relational databases such as ORACLE and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools, preferably ORACLE ODI.
