As a Customer Support Specialist your main responsibilities include :

• Process all phone orders within the company’s system 
• Keep track of customer orders as well as ensure their completion
• Cooperate with the logistics and warehouse departments for orders and deliveries
• Answer queries and provide exceptional customer support through phone and email  
• Coordinates closely with the Order-to-Cash team to oversee and resolve issues related to customer billing and payments.
• Resolve and take ownership of each client’s questions or concerns
• Completes month-end close reporting, verifying that all deliveries are invoiced and all billing documents are posted to the correct accounts.
• Handle several back office and data entry responsibilities 

The Customer Support Specialist should have :

• High School Diploma or University Degree, is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Previous experience 1-2 years in a Customer Service role.
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office, and ideally, experience in SAP system.
• Team spirit, collaborative approach and with multi-tasking abilities.

The ideal candidate for the position will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
