As a Customer Service Officer your main responsibilities include :

• Answer queries and provide exceptional customer support through phone and email  
• Process all phone orders within the company’s system
• Keep track of customer orders as well as ensure their completion
• Provide administrative and back-office support to the sales team
• Process returns
• Assist with client credit checks, invoicing, and payment monitoring
• Prepare sales reports and maintain updated price lists

The Customer Service Officer should have :

• University Degree
• 1–2 years of experience in a simiral role
• Exceptional communication skills
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal)
• ERP knowledge is desirable
• Team spirit, collaborative approach and strong multi-tasking abilities
• Basic understanding of GDPR principles will be appreciated

• Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

The ideal candidate for the position will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
