key responsibilities
The Role:
- Handle incoming calls and manage written communication via email and chat, providing high-quality support to clients and ensuring professional service
- Execute the sorting and distribution of operational documents, specifically focusing on delivery notes and invoices to ensure seamless workflow
- Coordinate with the warehouse and transport departments to monitor supply chain operations and ensure the accuracy of all documentation
- Manage and update client records, ensuring that all physical and digital archives are organized and follow operational protocols
qualifications
The Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service, Office Administration, or an Operations environment
- Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
