As a Customer Marketing Specialist your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute retail channel annual plan (promo & visibility) in close collaboration with brand HQ specialists & local retail team and share clear execution guidelines
• Ability to analyse Nielsen data combining with internal data to access performance per category and buyer and monitor sell-out trends across all coffee segments
• Manage retail Trade Investment budget and ensure initiatives execution within budget; lead forecasting and ensure ROI
• Prepare retail topics for weekly & monthly reviews with HQ
• Track pricing and promotional activity to maintain market leadership
• Collection of competitive activity insights and trade intelligence through collaboration with KAM sales teams and market visits
• Brief third-party agencies for production (POSM, secondary placements) and brief merchandisers for placement of visibility assets
• Lead the retail rollout of new products, including listing presentations, sell-in decks & planogram guidelines. • Create sales presentation/ presenter and toolkits for KA team
• Drive digital visibility in e-commerce activation

The ideal candidate for the position of Customer Marketing Specialist will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in Nielsen data, strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience in budget management 
• Ability to design and execute engaging shopper campaigns 
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams & external partners
• Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Advanced MS Office skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
