As a Customer Care Agent, your main responsibilities are:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients' requests in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and messages
- Resolving technical problems and providing solutions to customer questions
- Efficient handling of customer complaints
- Promoting and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and gentle communication
qualifications
The Customer Care Agent we are looking for should have:
- Good knowledge in English both written and oral
- Excellent communication skills
