Your key responsibilities as a credit control manager will be:

• Credit evaluation and determining credit limits with both Credit Insurance and Group Guidelines
• Export control
• New account opening in ERP systems
• Preparing and analyzing monthly data reports
• Communicating directly with customers to reconcile account balances and manage ShipServ operations
• Monitoring of overdue debts (aging analysis)
• Communication with banks
•  Issuance of letters of guarantee
• Allocation and posting of banking payments
• Collaborating effectively with other departments to maintain strong working relationships
• Reviewing customer agreements to comply with Company policies
• Developing, improving, and implementing internal policies, plans, and best practices

To be an ideal candidate for the role you should have:

• University Degree In Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business or related field
• About 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills: able to interpret financial reports, create credit reports and KPI’s from raw data
• Excellent communication skills, negotiating with external parties but also internal customer service and sales
• Previous experience in FMCG or retail is necessary
• Excellent knowledge of English
