The responsibilities of this FP&A Manager role include:

• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization.
• Analyze the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), relating to financial metrics and operational drivers.
• Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts, including scenario planning.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives, major CapEx projects, and business cases.
• Support the management team and department leaders with robust, data-driven financial analysis and actionable insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc business performance analysis and reporting to address specific strategic questions.
• Prepare comprehensive Balance Sheet (BS) and Cash Flow (CF) analysis for budget and forecast scenarios.

To be a good fit for this FP&A Manager position you should  have:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 6+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a similar analyticalrole, preferably within Telecommunications or a fast-paced technology sector.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, concise insights.
• Be self-driven and a quick learner, eager to adopt new technologies, financial modeling methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Be highly numerated with strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Be resilient and adaptable to an extremely fast-paced environment with frequent pivots and adjustments, demonstrating strong time management and prioritization abilities.
