The Commercial Operations Assistant will have the below responsibilities:

• Handle all client inquiries and provide product/order information.
• Manage and ensure the timely processing and delivery of export orders.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality) for smooth operations.
• Prepare reports and support commercial/export projects.
• Oversee project management tasks, including labels and packaging, from order confirmation to final loading.

For the Commercial Operations Assistant role you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree will be an asset
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within food exports/FMCG.
• Strong background in project management.
• Excellent English (written & spoken). 
• MS Office proficiency.
• Strong organizational and  communication skills
• Results-driven with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
