As a Category Specialist, your responsibilities will be:

• Manage and develop the Air Conditioning (AC), TV, and Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) categories
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, product availability, and identify replenishment needs to ensure optimal inventory
• Create and track supplier orders, as well as manage item master data (SKUs) and price lists
• Analyze key commercial metrics (such as sales, stock, margin, and stock turnover) to drive strategic decisions
• Monitor market pricing and competitor activity, actively participating in the development of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure favorable terms and build strong partnerships
• Conduct accurate sales forecasting and plan purchasing cycles based on reliable commercial data
• Prepare reporting and present performance results to the Commercial Management team

The ideal candidate is expected to possess:

• Previous professional experience in Purchasing, Buying, Category Management, or a similar commercial role
• Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel for managing and analyzing large volumes of data
• Solid understanding of core commercial KPIs (sales, margin, stock, turnover, and pricing)
• Professional fluency in both English and Greek (written and verbal)
• Experience within the Consumer Electronics, Electrical, or Home Appliances sectors will be considered a strong asset

• A strategic commercial role with full ownership of key product categories
• Direct collaboration with the Commercial Leadership team
• Active involvement in decisions that drive sales and category profitability

• 2+ years of commercial experience, ideally within Purchasing, Buying, or Category Manageme
