  • key responsibilities

    As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your duties will be:

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data needs, ensuring accuracy and relevance for upcoming initiatives
    • Design end-to-end analytics solutions: visualize historical trends, refine core metrics, and continuously improve existing dashboards
    • Maintain and streamline our Data Lake on Azure Databricks, optimizing data pipelines under a Unity Catalog framework to support scalable reporting
    • Uphold and promote best practices for data quality, security, and governance across the organization
    • Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for stakeholders, empowering informed decision-making at every level
    • Collaborate with the broader Data team to align projects with strategic priorities and foster a culture where data guides our actions

  • qualifications

    In order for your profile to match this Business Intelligence Analyst position, you need to have the following:

    • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Operations Research)
    • 2+ years in reporting, statistical analysis, or similar data roles—comfortable working end-to-end from requirements gathering to delivery
    • Exceptional SQL skills and advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
    • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or an equivalent dashboarding tool
    • Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis is a plus
    • Familiarity with Azure Databricks and Unity Catalog is a strong advantage
    • Able to distill technical findings into engaging narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Fluency in English
    • Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate across international teams
