Are you a native Bulgarian speaker based in Greece? Are you interested in working from home from anywhere in Greece whilst avoiding the daily commute to the office?

This is a remote full-time job opportunity all over Greece where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Greece or from the ones that are looking forward to relocating here as soon as possible!

In this Bulgarian customer service advisor role (m/f), you will have the chance to serve the Bulgarian speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.

In compliance with pay transparency and equal treatment obligations (Greek Law 5316/2026 & EU Directive 2023/970), the applicable salary range for this position will be communicated to candidates invited for an assessment interview, prior to its conduction.

key responsibilities
As a Bulgarian Customer Service Advisor (m/f) - Work from Home, your responsibilities will be to:
- Provide a high level of customer service to Bulgarian clients at all times
- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
- Be able to offer recommendations to common technical problems or frequently asked questions

- Native level of the Bulgarian language
- Advanced level of the English language
- An EU work permit
- PC literacy
