As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the brand strategy for key product lines, ensuring sustained growth and market leadership.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive, long-term brand strategy (vision, mission, positioning, target audience) across all touchpoints.
• Managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept initiation and R&D brief to market launch (Go-To-Market strategy).
• Planning, executing, and monitoring all communication activities, including digital marketing, social media, PR, and in-store promotions, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Owning and managing the annual brand marketing budget, ensuring high ROI and optimal allocation of resources.
• Conducting continuous market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights studies to identify opportunities and potential threats.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Finance teams to align product development, forecasting, and commercial goals.

The ideal candidate is expected to possess the following:

• A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to translate consumer insights into actionable brand and product strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and performance measurement (e.g., SEO/SEM, E-commerce, social media).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
