Your responsibilities as a BIM engineer:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce comprehensive and accurate 2D construction drawings, schematics, and schedules directly from the BIM model.
• Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure a fully coordinated and clash-free design.
• Perform spatial coordination checks and participate in design review meetings to resolve any conflicts before they reach the site.
• Ensure all designs and models comply with project requirements, industry best practices, and Greek building codes (KENAK).
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's BIM standards and the creation of custom Revit families.

If you obtain the below qualifications, you are a strong fit ro the BIM engineer position:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in BIM modeling specifically for MEP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Greek building regulations and energy efficiency standards (KENAK).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English (technical terminology).
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Designer, with a strong portfolio of projects using BIM/Revit.
