As a Bankruptcy & Insolvency Specialist, your duties will include:

• Case Management & Monitoring: Oversee the full lifecycle of bankruptcy cases under Law 4738/2020 and previous legislation. This involves tracking debtors via the Electronic Solvency Registry and Judicial Publications Bulletins, maintaining detailed trackers, and performing all necessary systemic updates.
• Coordination & Communication: Act as a central point of contact for internal departments and external legal partners. You will coordinate with law firms and trustees, respond to special requests from Customer Service, and provide information on case status to various teams.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research using platforms like the Public Registry of Insolvencies and other public data sources. You will also perform case analysis to determine a debtor's current bankruptcy stage and history.
• Documentation & Filings: Draft and file timely claim filings, prepare case summaries, and administer mailboxes related to all legal actions. You will also manage the documentation and proceeds collection for bankruptcy auctions.

The ideal candidate for this Bankruptcy & Insolvency Specialist role will possess:

• Degree in Business Administration, Political Science or relevant field
• Excellent command in english
• A strong understanding of the bankruptcy process and related legal frameworks.
• Proven experience with data base systems such as Qualco & Arotron is preferred.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all work.
• The ability to be firm yet cooperative in communications with law firms and trustees.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
