Your tasks as Client Relations Manager:

• Develop and execute client retention strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals to boost loyalty and maximize long-term value.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships through tailored support.
• Track client satisfaction, collect feedback, and use insights to enhance their experience and adjust initiatives as needed.
• Analyze client behavior to identify upselling opportunities and customize products and services.
• Keep up-to-date with the company’s products and marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication with clients.
• Share ideas and suggestions for platform enhancements with the Business Development teams.

• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.

You’ll be an excellent fit as Client Relations Manager if you possess the following:

• Degree in a business-related discipline.
• Fluency in Bulgarian/Serbian/Croatian with strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• Proven ability to establish and sustain strong business relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Goal-driven and resourceful.
• Capable of working independently and managing pressure.
• Possession of a valid work permit.

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
