key responsibilities
The Role:
- Manage the printing and sorting of operational documents, specifically focusing on delivery notes and invoices
- Maintain and update the ERP system to ensure all documentation and records are accurately recorded
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to match and reconcile paperwork for daily shipments
- Support incoming calls and manage communication when required, ensuring professional service
qualifications
The Requirements:
- Εxperience in a customer support or back office position
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
- Good command of Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
