Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating, and maintain an elegant, attentive, and unobtrusive presence on the floor.
• Assist the Head Waiters and Captains in delivering seamless food and beverage service according to strict 5-star luxury standards.
• Ensure the flawless preparation, cleanliness, and organization of the station, tables, silverware, and glassware before, during, and after service.
• Develop a solid understanding of the menu offerings, including afternoon tea rituals, premium spirits, and light dining options, to assist guests with basic inquiries.
• Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Adhere strictly to all luxury brand service standards, as well as health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP).

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant Waiter or Runner in a 5-star hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end lounge bar is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Greek or additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic) will be considered a strong asset.
• Polished communication skills, a genuine smile, and a hospitality-first mindset.
• Ability to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• Impeccable personal grooming and presentation, aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
