The responsibilities of the Area Sales Channels Supervisor include:

• Monitor the effectiveness of the sales coordinators’ team and ensure that they are aligned with the overall business objective.
• Mentor and coach sales channels coordinators, assisting in the execution of their duties and ensuring constant improvement in their professional skills.
• Identify and understand trends and new opportunities within energy market
• Actively participate in sales events, seminars, workshops
• Advise and provide support to all the sales channels coordinator
• Create & provide monthly reports regarding sales KPI’s to all sales channels coordinators and to the management team proposing corrective actions
• Interact with the colleagues of other units regarding sales activities of his/her area of responsibility when required
• Provide feedback to the Head/Manager on daily/weekly basis

The ideal Area Sales Channels Supervisor should possess: 

• BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
• Master degree will be an asset
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP software
• Very Good knowledge of English

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer oriented attitude
• Lead by example
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

At least 3 years of prior work experience in similar position
