• Financial Modelling & Planning: Maintain and continuously update financial models, future projections, base case business plans, and lenders' models under various business scenarios to support company decisions and banking/financing proposals. Prepare rating models for domestic and international rating agencies. 
• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory frameworks. Provide sensitivity analyses and accurate data to senior management and regulatory teams. Coordinate with statutory/independent auditors for certifications required by regulatory authorities. 
• Treasury & Fund Management: Manage a treasury portfolio of ~INR 500 Cr (or equivalent). Execute fund investments in market products, mutual funds, and fixed deposits in strict adherence to the
• Board-approved Treasury Policy. Monitor daily cash availability via Escrow accounts. 
• Working Capital Management: Assess and optimize working capital requirements across internal departments and stakeholders, prioritizing surplus fund utilization to minimize interest costs. 
• Debt Servicing & SAP Treasury: Ensure timely interest and principal debt repayments, as well as management fee authorizations, as per agreed financing schedules. Accounting for treasury transactions via SAP Treasury Module and finalizing schedules for statutory audits (Schedule VI). 
• Financial MIS & Stakeholder Relations: Provide regular financial MIS, due diligence reports, debt exposure statements, and collateral security updates to banks, bond investors, credit rating agencies, the Bank of Greece, and senior management. 
• Corporate Governance: Establish and maintain high corporate governance standards across operational CAPEX evaluations (NFAs) and transaction execution processes. 
• Budgetary Control over CAPEX: Coordinate the finalization of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for operational CAPEX. Upload and track AOP vs. Actuals in SAP and BPC, ensuring strict budget approval controls per delegation of power (DOP).

• Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) OR an MBA in Finance from a Tier-1 institute. 
• Approximately 10 years of total experience, with at least 3–4 years of core experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, financial analysis, debt servicing, and banking/regulatory liaising. 
• Strong proficiency in SAP ERP (including Treasury & BPC modules). 
• Sound knowledge of IFRS, banking regulations, and financial modeling tools. 
• Hands-on experience in managing large debt portfolios, project financing, treasury policy execution, and regulatory compliance within large-scale infrastructure or capital-intensive projects. 
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills to interact with multi-dimensional internal and external stakeholders (Auditors, Regulators, Credit Rating Agencies, Banks, Corporate Finance).
