Your ResponsibilitiesAs an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in keeping the daily financial operations sailing smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Assisting with the preparation and recording of daily accounting entries to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, including posting, monitoring, and following up on invoices.
• Aiding in the execution of payments, tracking collections, and preparing bank reconciliations.
• Reviewing, verifying, and processing employee expense forms in strict adherence to company guidelines.
• Organizing and maintaining accounting files in accordance with company policies, internal procedures, and audit requirements.

Your ProfileTo succeed in this role, you should bring a mix of solid financial knowledge, organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (A Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus).
• 1–3 years of relevant professional accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles.
• Fluency in both Greek and English (excellent written and verbal communication). A third language is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with advanced Excel skills.
