Enter and record expense, purchase, and revenue invoices into the ERP system (Pylon) in accordance with Greek Accounting Standards (GAS).

Maintain, organize, and digitally archive accounting records, contracts, and supporting documents across all 3 entities.

Prepare, process, and coordinate weekly vendor and partner payments through online banking (subject to CFO approval).

Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve vendor discrepancies in a timely manner.

Perform regular bank account and corporate credit card reconciliations.

Prepare and transmit accounting data and schedules to the external accounting firm for monthly/quarterly tax returns (VAT, withholding taxes) and payroll processing.

Support basic myDATA record cross-checking in coordination with the external accountants.

Assist in gathering financial figures and documentation for monthly and year-end reporting. 

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting (in-house commercial, professional services, or accounting firm).

Practical understanding of Category C (double-entry) books.

Proven working experience with Pylon ERP (Epsilon Net).

Solid working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, filters, data formatting).

Familiarity with standard Greek fiscal procedures (invoicing rules, VAT, statutory expense documentation).

Strong attention to detail, precision, and methodical organizational skills. 

Collaborative attitude, professionalism, and effective communication skills.

Good command of English (written and verbal)
