You will be joining our accomplished Talent Acquisition team of the Multilingual specialty, a unit fully specialized in recruiting candidates that share a common characteristic; all speak an additional language next to English & Greek.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • use various proactive recruiting strategies to source multilingual talents
  • conduct volume phone screenings with the candidates that result from your sourcing activities
  • generate interest in clients' multilingual vacancies & evaluate candidates’ motivation at a primary stage
  • investigate new sourcing channels creating job postings to them
  • enrich talent pipelines for our current & future recruitment needs
  • maintain & update candidate information on our database 
  • execute necessary activities to support the growth of the specialty 


As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer in our multilingual recruitment team, the minimal criteria to be a suitable candidate to join Randstad:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR or a Business related field
  • Excellent communication skills, in both Greek & English
  • Fluency in any other language would be a plus (German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Romanian, Russian or Swedish)
  • Digital literacy
