As a Recruitment Consultant, your role has two main pillars: undertake the full recruitment cycle as well as business development by building new clientele for potential talents. More specifically: 

  • participate actively in job requisition brief meetings with clients to identify the job specifications and the required candidate profile.
  • create, develop and post job ads with proper information according to client's needs and objectives
  • source, screen and evaluate candidates via various digital channels by using Randstad's tech and touch tools such as video interviews, online recruitment platforms, chat, assessments etc
  • work closely with clients' HR and Hiring Managers to collect and provide feedback to candidates on a timely and professional manner
  • screen candidates' resumes, schedule virtual meeting and conduct interviews on a daily basis
  • introduce candidate's working experience and personality in a corporate written presentation to clients.
  • execute solid recruiting plans and utilize multiple sources to attract qualified candidates for specialized engineering roles in renewable energy, construction and industrial sector 
  • attend and participate in career job fairs and other to develop and maintain strong pool and pipeline of key talents for current and future needs.


As a Recruitment Consultant in Business Support, HR & Legal specialism team, you need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration and/or legal study field
  • Excellent communication skills, in both Greek & English
  • Hands on experience with various selection process (phone and virtual interviews, reference checks, presentation skills) 
  • Personable and professional phone manner and experience in conducting face to face interviews
  • Excellent knowledge of social media with an extensive network in platforms such as LinkedIn

Proven work experience in recruitment at least 2 years.
