Reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer, As a Learning & Development Officer you will:

  • Design, deliver and maintain core training programs in support of Randstad Hellas to promote the profitability and productivity of company associates and programs
  • Participate in the design and delivery of onboarding programs 
  • Maintain ongoing communication with managers and team leaders to proactively anticipate when changes to core training programs need to be made
  • Develop instructional materials to include various delivery methods such as media: classroom, self-study, on-the-job, print, video, computer based training, and alternative delivery methods 
  • Development of training content & activities to support learning objectives, review, approve and publish content focusing on leadership and management skills development
  • Identify how to address the training and development needs teams to enhance engagement and commitment in the workplace
  • Create content, administer, and promote the internal LMS, Randstad (U)niversity to drive and enhance participation rates


The ideal candidate for the Learning & Development Officer position will be required to possess the following: 

  • University degree in a relevant field of study, Master's degree will be considered a plus
  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to adapt delivery styles for different mediums
  • Excellent written/verbal communications in both Greek and English


  • Digitally adept and quick adapter of new technologies & software programs such as online training platforms and LMS
  • Engaging with audiences across both face to face and virtual environments
  • Abililty to plan multiple activities in advance and keeping delivery deadlines
  • Knowledge and experience with recruitment procedures


  • minimum of 3 years previous experience in an organized HR or L&D department
