    What your tasks will be as a Turkish Customer Experience Officer (m/f):

    • Act as the first point of contact for the Turkish market
    • Performing personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required 
    • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
    • Cooperating effectively with other departments as required
    • Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results

  • προσόντα

    You’ll be an excellent fit as a Turkish Customer Experience Officer (m/f) in case you possess:

    • Native level of Turkish
    • Fluent oral and written skills in English

  • δεξιότητες

    • Excellent typing skills
    • Outstanding communication and comprehension skills
    • Dynamic personality

  • εμπειρία

    • Experience in customer service roles would be an asset
