As a Spanish-speaking After Sales Specialist (m/f), you will have the opportunity to:

• Carry out product training sessions for the customers and support with the onboarding process
• Manage customers' requests & ensure an utmost customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer inquiries via phone,email or chat
• Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open & interactive communication

The qualifications for this Spanish-speaking After Sales Specialist (m/f) role are:

• An exceptional level in the Spanish language
• Advanced English skills
• PC literacy
• EU work permit

• High adaptability in dynamic working environments
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Client-centric mindset

No previous working experience in a similar role is required.
