As a Senior Software Developer, you will lead an expert engineering team, drive end-to-end delivery, and take ownership of critical architecture and development initiatives:

• Lead a team of developers to analyze, implement, support, and schedule software development that ensures undisrupted business operations.

• 4+ years of relevant software engineering work experience with a proven track record of shipping projects across cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, VB, Cobol, REST APIs, WCF, ASP.NET, and MSSQL databases. 
• Proven experience building, mentoring, or leading a high-performing engineering team.
• Exceptional coding capabilities backed by a deep understanding of architectural patterns and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and expertise in web performance analysis.
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.

Nice to have:

• Domain knowledge within the Insurance industry.
