The responsibilities of the Senior Finance and Administrative Controller (m/f) position are:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit financial reports, analyze P&L and balance sheets, and ensure accurate accounting in compliance with policies and standards.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budget and forecast processes, providing variance analysis and recommendations to support data-driven decisions.
• Cash & Treasury Management: Oversee all cash-related activities, including payments, collections, and bank reconciliations, while maintaining relationships with financial institutions.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Optimize stock levels, define logistics partnership terms, and lead sales forecasting projects to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Payroll & Compensation: Coordinate monthly payroll calculations, ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations.
• Internal Controls: Formulate and enforce financial policies, develop internal procedures, and lead initiatives to improve financial systems.
• External Relations: Act as the primary liaison for external audits, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Team Management: Organize training programs, oversee career development, and manage the finance team.
• Cross-Functional Support: Provide financial insight and support to operational departments, manage vendor negotiations, and coordinate with third parties.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Finance and Administrative Controller (m/f) role should have the following:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
• 5-6 years experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of English
