    What the Role Involves

    • Architect & Build: Designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable front-end systems using the latest Angular versions.
    • Lead Technical Standards: Establishing best practices for state management (NgRx/RxJS), code modularity, testing, and web performance optimization.
    • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Working closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into seamless digital experiences.
    • Mentor & Elevate: Providing technical guidance and code reviews to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

    What the Company Is Looking For

    • 3-5+ years of professional web development experience, with 3+ years dedicated to modern Angular (Angular 12+ preferred).
    • Deep mastery of TypeScript, RxJS, and modern state management patterns (e.g., NgRx or Signals).
    • Strong understanding of Enterprise Design Patterns, micro-frontends, and web performance tuning.
    • Proficient with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data flows.
    • Solid experience writing unit and integration tests (using Jasmine, Karma, Jest, or Cypress).
    • Excellent command of English (written and spoken), with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
