As a Security Systems Team Leader, you will lead technical excellence and project coordination. More specifically your duties will be:

• Coordinate the implementation of projects according to defined technical specifications, specifically for Electronic Locks, Safes, and Access Control.
• Provide technical support and participate directly in installations.
• Monitor the maintenance and repair of hardware products, including POS and tablets.
• Oversee the daily operation of technical support to ensure efficiency.
• Communicate with clients and partners to confirm infrastructure readiness before project implementation.
• Manage project timelines and track progress through to final delivery.
• Develop and manage the schedules for technicians regarding projects and support tasks.
• Coordinate and communicate with external partners to meet project requirements. Guide and mentor the technical team responsible for installations, repairs, and support.
• Ensure the quality of execution and strict adherence to technical instructions.
• Monitor the daily availability of spare parts in collaboration with the procurement department.
• Manage support rotations and ensure all SLAs are met. 

In order for your profile to match this Security Systems Team Leader position, you need to possess the following: 

•  3+ years of professional experience in a similar role.  
• Proven experience in security systems, electronics, and computer networks.  
• Knowledge of Tablet/POS devices and experience in solving hardware and software problems.  
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide technical solutions for complex issues.  
• Willingness to travel to various sites for installations and technical oversight.
• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Adaptability to new technologies and a desire for continuous learning.
