As a Sales & Account Manager for the Dolcama Group, your role will be strategic and encompass a wide range of responsibilities:

• Business Development & Land Acquisition: Identifying, researching, and evaluating plots of land for potential purchase by the company for the development and construction of new projects.
• Sales Execution: Finding, attracting, and managing potential buyers.Property Showings: Conducting property viewings for properties that are under construction, currently being erected, or already completed buildings and residential units.
• Project Coordination: Coordinating and actively participating in the building construction processes, acting as a liaison between sales and the technical team.
• Goal Achievement: Implementing the sales strategy to achieve commercial targets and close deals.

The ideal candidate is expected to possess the following:

• A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering,Finance, Business Administration).
• Excellent knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and land development procedures.
• The ability to simultaneously manage sales, evaluate investment properties, and coordinate projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in both the Greek and English languages.
• Valid driving license is required.
