As a Retail Area Manager you will be responsible for:

• Setting and monitoring sales targets (KPIs) for each store, analyzing results, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards, as well as product visual merchandising.
• Recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating Store Managers.
• Overseeing ordering, stock management, and shrinkage reduction.
• Guaranteeing high-quality service and a consistent customer experience across all stores in the area.
• Monitoring the local market and competition and adapting commercial strategies accordingly.

The ideal Retail Area Manager should have:

• Proven experience as an Area/District Manager or Store Manager in a supermarket or organized retail environment.
• Ability to manage teams, motivate, and develop personnel.
• Excellent knowledge of retail operations and understanding of financial indicators (P&L - Profit and Loss).
• Excellent command of the English language; French optional
• Strong communication skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to travel frequently between store locations.
