The main responsibilities of the Product Manager:

• Deep knowledge of payment systems (gateways, wallets) and regulations (e.g., PSD2).
• Proven track record in large-scale software implementation projects.
• Client-facing or consulting project management experience.
• Ability to deliver in a multi-project, matrix environment with multiple workstreams.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business tools.
• Project management certification is an advantage.

• 4-6 years of Product Management experience, ideally focused on payments.
