    The main responsibilities of the Product Manager: 

    • Design, implement, and continuously optimize innovative payment solutions with a strong focus on customer needs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement product requirements. (e.g., IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations).
    • Analyze user data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and maximize product performance.
    • Manage complex IT projects and client programs in digital payments.
    • Effectively plan projects in line with business priorities and associated cost and timeline boundaries.
    • Establish effective project governance and stakeholder communication.
    • Ensure realistic goals, effective delivery, and clear accountability.
    • Support the client in establishing and maintaining high standards of project accounting and financial reporting.
    • Manage risks, contingencies, and issues to ensure milestone delivery.
    • Identify payment opportunities to drive business growth.

  • προσόντα

    The ideal candidate for the Product Manager position must possess the following:

    • Exceptional abilities in analysis, resolving complex issues, and making informed decisions based on data.
    • Deep knowledge of payment systems (gateways, wallets) and regulations (e.g., PSD2).
    • Proven track record in large-scale software implementation projects.
    • Client-facing or consulting project management experience.
    • Ability to deliver in a multi-project, matrix environment with multiple workstreams.
    • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business tools.
    • Project management certification is an advantage.

  • εμπειρία

    • 4-6 years of Product Management experience, ideally focused on payments.
