κύριες αρμοδιότητες
The responsibilities of the Procurement Coordinator:
- Raw Material Sourcing: Issue purchase orders (POs) for polymers, additives, packaging, and plant maintenance equipment based on MRP forecasts.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with resin distributors, compounding facilities, and equipment vendors; track vendor performance on lead times, quality, and pricing.
- Inventory Optimization: Monitor inventory levels to prevent production bottlenecks while minimizing holding costs and waste.
- Purchase Order Management: Track POs from issuance through delivery, resolving shipping delays, price discrepancies, or missing documentation.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Quality Assurance to resolve supplier non-conformance issues (NCRs) and work with Logistics to streamline freight and incoming shipments.
προσόντα
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in tracking purchase orders and inventory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
