  • κύριες αρμοδιότητες

    Key Responsibilities for this P&I Technical Specialist / Broker:

    • Technical Account Servicing & Advisory: Act as a primary technical point of contact for shipowners, addressing complex enquiries regarding P&I, FD&D, and liability coverages.
    • Placement & Renewal Management: Lead the technical preparation of renewal submissions, market negotiations, vessel schedules, and comparative coverage analyses.
    • P&I Club & Market Liaison: Liaise directly with P&I Clubs and international underwriters to structure optimal terms, review quotations, and resolve technical underwriting queries.
    • Technical Policy Governance: Oversee the accuracy of all documentation, including Certificates of Entry (CoEs), endorsements, debit/credit notes, and policy terms.
    • Fleet Administration & Analytics: Manage fleet entries, deletions, ownership changes, and mid-term policy amendments while reviewing loss records and claims statistics for renewal strategy.
    • Operational Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to renewal timelines, premium adjustments, and technical account reconciliations.

  • προσόντα

    • Degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Insurance, Maritime Law, or a related field
    • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of P&I Club rules, cover structures, market practices, and marine liability documentation
    • Exceptional verbal and written English and Greek communication skills
    • High proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel skills) and AI tools

    • Strong Analytical Capabilities: Expert evaluation of policy terms, loss records, and claims data.
    • High-Level Stakeholder Management: Trusted relationship-building with shipowners, P&I Clubs, and underwriters.
    • Precision & Detail-Orientation: Meticulous oversight of vessel schedules, Certificates of Entry, and policy documentation.
    • Service Mindset: Commitment to delivering prompt, high-touch technical support to clients.

  • εμπειρία

    5–10 years in P&I and FD&D within a Marine Insurance Brokerage, P&I Club, or Shipping Company.
