    As a National sales manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Strengthening the brand’s footprint in Food Service and Retail markets.
    • Defining distribution strategies, optimizing portfolios, and implementing pricing plans.
    • Building brand visibility through trade fairs, masterclasses, and networking.
    • Identifying, negotiating with, and onboarding high-potential accounts.
    • Acting as the primary negotiator for existing clients and distributors.
    • Managing collaborations between distributors, end-users, and internal operations.
    • Driving profitability and securing target margins.
    • Collaborating with international teams to ensure product flow and compliance.
    • Maintaining accurate records and pipelines in Salesforce.

  • προσόντα

    The ideal candidate for the National Sales Manager position must possess the following:

    • 3–5 years of experience as a KAM in the FMCG sector (frozen food experience preferred).
    • A proven track record in both Food Service (FS) and Retail (RT) markets.
    • Experience collaborating with distributors and securing deals with key chains.
    • Solid understanding of Category Management and financial metrics (margins, ROI).
    • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office.
    • Fluency in English (B2/C1 level minimum).

    • 3-5+ years of FMCG/F&B sales experience.
