    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead coding efforts using advanced Java technologies (Spring, Spring Boot).
    • Architect and maintain complex microservices structures, ensuring scalability and performance.
    • Drive the technical design process, translating intricate business requirements into functional technical specifications.
    • Oversee testing strategies and ensure comprehensive technical documentation.
    • Optimize the modern development life cycle using Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Mentor junior members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

  • προσόντα

    What we are looking for:

    • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of professional experience in Java development with a focus on Spring / Spring Boot.
    • Proven track record in the design, analysis, and implementation of large-scale applications.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL databases and data modeling.
    • Strong Plus: Knowledge or experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) tools or workflows (e.g., Camunda, Flowable, or similar).
    • Fluency in English is mandatory (international environment).
    • Analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving skills and a collaborative leadership spirit.
    • Military obligations fulfilled (where applicable).
