As a Senior Java Developer, you will be a key contributor to the design, implementation, and management of technology-based business solutions. You will participate in the full software development life cycle, working on scalable systems that handle millions of transactions and drive digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Development: Design and extend highly available and scalable systems using Java 11+ and Spring Boot.
• Architecture: Design and maintain microservices-based architectures with modern, domain, and event-driven methodologies.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, establish coding standards, and support the technical design process for enterprise applications.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Develop cloud-native solutions using technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and message brokers (Kafka or RabbitMQ).
• Quality & Performance: Ensure high code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Collaboration: Partner with Solution Architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in back-end development with a strong focus on the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and Relational Databases (PostgreSQL). Knowledge of NoSQL (Mongo, Hazelcast) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with event-driven platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ) will be highly valued.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• An analytical and problem-solving spirit with a passion for learning new technologies and mentoring others.
• Fluency in English is essential for collaboration within international environments.
