What you’ll be doing:

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end Data Analytics and Business Intelligence solutions using the Microsoft BI Stack.
• Construct, maintain, and manage efficient ETL processes, dimensional models, and data marts.
• Develop complex scripts and data queries using DAX, MDX, and T-SQL to process enterprise datasets.
• Work with Microsoft Azure Data Factory and Tabular Editor Advanced Scripting to automate and streamline data flows.
• Build and manage reports, dashboards, and tabular/multidimensional models (Power BI, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data infrastructure.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and seamless integration across all data pipelines.

What we’re looking for in a Mid/Senior Data Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of solid experience implementing Data Analytics solution and hands-on experience building and maintaining BI solutions using the Microsoft BI Stack.
• Solid knowledge of DAX, MDX, and T-SQL Scripting.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft BI tools: Power BI, SSIS, SSAS (tabular & multidimensional), and SSRS.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, dimensional modeling, and data mart construction.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory and Tabular Editor Advanced Scripting.
• Familiarity with Python / R Scripting or experience in the Insurance sector will be considered a strong plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with a proactive, self-sufficient mindset.
• Fulfilled military obligations, where applicable.
